Armwarmers Go Wild

październik 4th, 2011

Wildskins ArmwarmersIf you don’t like the fall weather, just wait 10 minutes. When you don’t know whether to wear short sleeves or long sleeves, jacket or not, but you can feel the chill, armwarmers can be an answer. I received a pair of Pioneer SE-CL331 waterproof in-ear sports headphones (Compare Prices) to review. I was skeptical because I’ve given up on in-ear ear bud designs years ago. Maybe I just have small ear canals, but they all hurt to wear after a few minutes.

wrzesień 6th, 2011

Presidential Active Lifestyle AwardSix weeks ago, I wrote about the Million PALA Challenge and I committed to earning it in six to eight weeks. The Presidential Active Lifestyle Award requires you to walk 30 minutes or 8500 steps for a day to count towards the 5-or-more days per week requirement. You might think this is no sweat for a walker like me. While I walk for six to 10 miles each day of the weekend, it takes special effort to walk more during the week. That puts me in danger of being a weekend warrior.
