My cat learned it and so can you

This was the best vacation I have had in a long time From the mountains to Upstate New York back to Manhattan for the CW11 morning show segment The Beach Towel Workout to the beach No none of this stressed me out Rather I enjoyed changing the environments to see different sceneries and be stimulated from the different smells and foods Well so does my cat Okay it is the first time that I have talked about my cat His name is Peter Peter is a rescue cat black fur with yellow eyes Why this name In Austria have a childhood story called the Schwarzer Kater which means the black cat with the name Peter It was an easy decision to call him Peter when he arrived And oh boy did he arrive Who would have known that a cat could climb everything in an apartment Furniture chairs even tables and counters when I am not around Ha how do I know Well did I mention that the cat has 3-inch long hair The evidence is obvious Does it drive me crazy to find hair all over As an Austrian clean freak yes we grow up with Ajax and a toothbrush to scrap the farther corners of rooms it drives me insane to find hair The solution was training the cat not to do things it liked to do and replacing it with other pleasurable things And it worked Now Peter does not jump on my white furniture — yes I must have been insane to get a white couch and a black cat Neither does he jump on tables or lay on my clothes He found his alternative spots that he likes such as by the window and next to the bed in a dark corner Cats adapt if you give them the options They dont complain they find alternatives We work the same way to adjust behaviors Yet we can talk to express our disagreement Before changing we like to complain Yet we know we need to change and adapt if we want to lose weight Both nutrition and exercise habits need to change in order to see results and to maintain those results long-term By thinking when it is over we will come back to eating as before we saw results or we will stop being active again we will not succeed Does Peter still go on the coach Oh yes but instead of everyday just once a month But in general he learned adapted and made it work Coming back from vacation some of you have fallen of the health nutrition and activity wagon Come back and focus on increasing your activities throughout the day Or even at home The workout at home can make a difference Keep a food log for the next 14 days See what you are doing currently doing Identify foods that are processed and try to replace them with fresh raw and sun-nourished foods Increase your enzyme levels How Read the next newsletter and I will give you an easy to follow strategy Hey dont forget your food log I will ask for them next week Stefan
