A new workout routine
Workout routines need to be changed otherwise the results are not as good Have you experienced the situation where you are working out for years with a trainer and your body does not change anymore Yes there are many components that can have an impact on your results such as nutrition calories metabolism genetics and defianately your workout routines When you perform the same routine over and over again your body will adapt and your body will plateau out To see results such as a lower body fat percentage and more lean muscle weight try to implement the following strategy into your program for 4 weeks A new workout routine to reap optimum benefit The opposite body split routine challenges your muscle activation strength and core at the same time This is how you perform the opposite body split routine Right lower body to left upper body and left lower body to right upper body in one workout This is how you do it 1 Single right leg curl - hamstring 2 Single left arm lat pull with dumbbell back musculature 3 Single right leg extension - quadriceps 4 Single left arm overhead press - shoulder 5 Single right leg press quadriceps and bottom 6 Single left arm fly on Swiss ball - chest 7 Right calf raise - calf 8 Single left arm biceps curl - biceps 9 Single right leg lateral lift with rubber band - bottom 10 Single left arm triceps curl - triceps 11 Single right leg dead lift with barbell hamstring bottom lower back 12 Crunches on the Swiss ball - abdominals Take an active rest In short you move from one exercise to the next And alternate between exercises 1-2 three times before moving to the next When you completed one side start the same routine on the other side Be aware because you are working with single extremities you will have to lower your weight in order to control and execute the movements correctly And be surprised you will see the difference of a leaner body by implementing this routine 3 x per week with 3 cardio trainings between 40 min and 60 min on alternating days Make your body your business Stefan
